The focus of the current CHEMonitor trend barometer is the new German “Supply Chain Due Diligence Act”. It regulates corporate due diligence along the entire supply chain in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. The CHEMonitor is an opinion barometer and trend monitor for the German chemical industry. It regularly and systematically maps the assessment of site conditions and forecasts future investment and employment trends, and also addresses topics currently under discussion in the industry.
For the 37th edition of the CHEMonitor, the survey of the panel took place from September to October 2021.
